Baseball Caps

The baseball cap has a curved front brim and a rounded crown that fits the head, and it is the most popular hat shape of all. It is widely used as a team cap, a corporate cap, and a fashion cap because it is easy to wear, smart, neat, and modern. Cap patterns vary with the design — for example, 6-panel caps, 5-panel caps, and mesh caps — and they can also be cut into other special patterns or colour-blocked. The cap can be embroidered or screen-printed on the front, the brim, the sides, or the back. The back can be finished with a plastic slide strap, plastic snap, magic-tape (Velcro) strap, elastic band, or a metal buckle. Minimum order for baseball caps starts at 100 pieces.

Hip-Hop Caps

The hip-hop cap is another style growing in popularity, ideal for fashion looks. Its shape is similar to a regular cap, but the details differ as follows: the brim is flat and thicker than a normal brim, and the crown is taller and more structured than a regular cap. It is usually made with fully fused fabric to hold its shape, and the logo is typically embroidered over foam backing to make it stand out in relief, since the logo is the key feature that expresses the identity of a hip-hop cap. The back is usually finished with a plastic snap strap to capture that street-fashion feel. Minimum order for hip-hop caps starts at 100 pieces.

Visors

The visor has a front brim to shield the eyes from the sun but does not cover the hair, since the top of the crown is left open for maximum ventilation. This type of hat is therefore ideal mainly for sporting activities or outdoor events — for example as a golf visor, a visor for athletes and runners, or for outdoor events that call for a smart, practical look. The front or brim area can be embroidered or screen-printed with a logo. Minimum order for visors starts at 100 pieces.

Bucket Hats / Round-Brim Hats

Bucket hats and round-brim hats suit fashion looks and outdoor use, serving both to shield you from the sun and as a stylish accessory. They can be embroidered or screen-printed with a logo, or made from patterned fabric to become the design of the hat itself. Minimum order for bucket hats starts at 100 pieces.
Add your own logo or design to Cap, your way
Your Cap can be decorated with logos and designs using a variety of techniques. Our factory offers the tools and methods below for you to choose from

Silk Screen

Silk screen is a popular printing technique for Cap because it is fast, affordable, and can print large sizes. It suits designs or logos in solid colors (no gradient shading) and is recommended for general use. The result is an opaque, solid color with a slightly raised texture on Cap, and you can choose how raised you want it. However, silk screen has an ironing limitation: never iron directly on the printed design, as the color can stick to the iron — always place a cloth over it before ironing.

Embroidery for Cap

Embroidery is a technique well suited to Cap that have a not-too-large logo and want to show off the stitch work and thread seams. Embroidery on Cap gives a classic, more handcrafted feel than screen printing. The advantage of embroidered Cap is that it is more durable than silk screen, and it can be ironed directly over the embroidered design. For large designs, however, embroidery takes longer than screen printing and costs more.

Sublimation Printing

Sublimation printing is extremely popular for designs that cover the entire shirt, or patterns with a lot of gradient shading. It is ideal for sports shirts, running shirts, product-advertising shirts, or event shirts. The limitation of Sublimation is that it can only be used on polyester fabric.

Heat Transfer

Heat transfer is a printing technique that delivers very high detail, because the design is cut on film before being heat-pressed onto the shirt, giving the piece very sharp, crisp edges. It suits work that needs fine detail, such as printing small text like a label at the collar, premium-grade brand shirts, or sports shirts. You can choose from a variety of film thicknesses, such as a flat print, a raised print, or added textures. The drawbacks are that it can peel off and the price is higher.

DTF

DTF is currently a very popular technique thanks to its beauty, sharpness, and speed. It suits logos in many styles and can reproduce gradient shading. It can be printed on t-shirts, polo shirts, jackets, work shirts, sports shirts, scrub tops, tote bags, aprons, or caps, and the result is crisp and vividly colored, with no restriction on fabric type. DTF does, however, have some limitations: never expose the printed logo to direct heat, as it may damage the print.
