Ordering products and services, and accessing and using this website, are subject to these Terms of Service. Customers, or anyone who uses our website, must accept the terms of use, which also cover the Privacy Policy. Uniform Studio Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy without prior notice. We recommend that customers review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed of such changes.

1. Intellectual Property
All content on uniformstu.com — including text, articles, content, the UNIFORM STUDIO logo, graphics, layout, products, and services — belongs to Uniform Studio Co., Ltd. No content or trademark may be reproduced, adapted, modified, sold, distributed, published, or stored without the prior written consent of Uniform Studio Co., Ltd. or as permitted by law. All rights reserved exclusively by Uniform Studio Co., Ltd.

2. Terms of Ordering
Customers may place orders under these Terms of Service. Please read and understand the ordering process before placing an order.
Products in stock and ready to ship display their available quantity on www.uniformstu.com. After you place an order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order. This email is only an acknowledgement of the order and does not constitute acceptance of the order until we have verified payment via bank transfer, or processed and confirmed payment by credit or debit card through our system.
Delivery time depends on the availability of each product and may vary according to availability and additional services such as embroidery, screen printing, or others, which affect delivery time. Delivery may be delayed depending on delays by the delivery company or force majeure events beyond our responsibility.

3. Product Descriptions, Prices, and Inventory
Uniform Studio Co., Ltd. strives to ensure that all details, text, product descriptions, prices, order totals, and stock quantities shown on this website are accurate; however, errors may occur. If we find an error in the product details, price, order total, any payment, or an error arising from system processing, our staff will notify the customer as soon as possible and give the customer the right to amend the order. If we are unable to contact the customer, we reserve the right to cancel that order. If the customer has already paid before the order is cancelled, we will refund the full amount.

Prices on our website are inclusive of value added tax (VAT). Delivery charges, which are an additional cost, are shown separately from the product price.

The product price does not include additional special services such as trouser hemming, embroidery, screen printing, or others. If a customer requires additional special services, they may make a request by email at sales_team@uniformstu.com or via Line Official ID @uniformstudio, so that our staff can advise the additional service charge and proceed with payment.

Other errors may occur in the service. The company therefore reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or incompleteness, and to change information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order that omits service-related information which may lead to errors or inaccuracies, or that contains outdated information regarding price, delivery, payment terms, or the return policy.

4. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Order Cancellation
4.1 We can exchange products only where the product is damaged, defective, or has any fault arising from our production or service. We can exchange the product for the customer after we have received the returned product and our staff has inspected it and confirmed that the fault was ours, and the product has been returned in complete condition.
Customers may request an exchange by email at sales_team@uniformstu.com or via Line Official ID @uniformstudio, and must request the exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

4.2 If the customer does not wish to exchange the product but instead requests a refund, we can refund the customer where the product has a fault caused by the company itself, such as a defective product or a delivery that does not match the customer's order. Products eligible for return must not have any additional services such as logo embroidery, logo screen printing, or customer-requested special alterations, and must not be in a condition different from our stock products; the product must also be unused. After we have received the returned product and our staff has inspected it and confirmed that the fault was ours — subject to our discretion — Uniform Studio Co., Ltd. reserves the right to accept no liability for the returned product.

4.3 If the customer wishes to cancel an order
 - For payment by credit card with cancellation requested before 6:00 p.m. on the day the order is placed, it may be cancelled at no charge.
 - For payment by credit card with cancellation requested after 6:00 p.m. on the day the order is placed, it may be cancelled subject to a processing fee of 3% of the order amount to be cancelled.
 - For payment by other methods, it may be cancelled subject to a processing fee of 3% of the order amount to be cancelled.

5. Delivery
Customers may place orders 24 hours a day, every day. Our staff arranges delivery with the courier company Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday. If the product is ready to ship, such as finished goods in stock, the customer will receive it within 3–5 business days. For products that must be newly produced, or that include additional services such as logo embroidery, logo screen printing, or any further alterations, it will take longer than usual, depending on the type of product, the quantity ordered, and the production queue at that time.

6. Disclaimer
Accessing our website is considered to be at your own risk. Not only your computer, but also your software or data, may be damaged by the spread of any virus through this website, or from the content or websites of third parties connected to our website in any way. Uniform Studio Co., Ltd. shall be exempt, to the extent permitted by law, from all warranty conditions and claims (both express and implied). You agree to indemnify against damages, including expenses, for other persons affected by your access to the website in any way.

7. Your Member Account
If you use our website, you accept shared responsibility for maintaining the privacy of your own account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Uniform Studio Co., Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or cancel your member account if we find that your account is fictitious or unlawful, without prior notice and without time limit.

By publishing any content or performing any action through our website, you consent and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, and exploit that content in any form and for any purpose.

8.1 Using the website in violation of any law or regulation.

 - Contains images or personal information of another person without that person's consent.
 - You know or suspect, or should know or suspect, to be wrongful, deceptive, or false.
 - Consists of purposeless, unnecessary, or excessively repetitive content; or
 - Consists of financial, legal, medical, or other professional opinions.

You agree to indemnify Uniform Studio Co., Ltd. and the other officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, and licensors (including affiliated companies) of Uniform Studio Co., Ltd. against any fault, loss, or damage (including legal costs), distress, or adverse event arising (in whole or in part) from any breach of, or failure to comply with, the Terms of Service, or from negligence or wrongful conduct relating to these Terms of Service on your part or on the part of your affiliates.

10. Suspension of Website Access
Uniform Studio Co., Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website in any case whatsoever, including the right to suspend or improve our website without prior notice and without time limit.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
