Add your own logo or design to T-Shirt, your way
Your T-Shirt can be decorated with logos and designs using a variety of techniques. Our factory offers the tools and methods below for you to choose from
Silk screen is a popular printing technique for T-Shirt because it is fast, affordable, and can print large sizes. It suits designs or logos in solid colors (no gradient shading) and is recommended for general use. The result is an opaque, solid color with a slightly raised texture on T-Shirt, and you can choose how raised you want it. However, silk screen has an ironing limitation: never iron directly on the printed design, as the color can stick to the iron — always place a cloth over it before ironing.
Embroidery is a technique well suited to T-Shirt that have a not-too-large logo and want to show off the stitch work and thread seams. Embroidery on T-Shirt gives a classic, more handcrafted feel than screen printing. The advantage of embroidered T-Shirt is that it is more durable than silk screen, and it can be ironed directly over the embroidered design. For large designs, however, embroidery takes longer than screen printing and costs more.
Sublimation printing is extremely popular for designs that cover the entire shirt, or patterns with a lot of gradient shading. It is ideal for sports shirts, running shirts, product-advertising shirts, or event shirts. The limitation of Sublimation is that it can only be used on polyester fabric.
Heat transfer is a printing technique that delivers very high detail, because the design is cut on film before being heat-pressed onto the shirt, giving the piece very sharp, crisp edges. It suits work that needs fine detail, such as printing small text like a label at the collar, premium-grade brand shirts, or sports shirts. You can choose from a variety of film thicknesses, such as a flat print, a raised print, or added textures. The drawbacks are that it can peel off and the price is higher.
