Your Scrub Suit can be decorated with logos and designs using a variety of techniques. Our factory offers the tools and methods below for you to choose from
Silk screen is a popular printing technique for Scrub Suit because it is fast, affordable, and can print large sizes. It suits designs or logos in solid colors (no gradient shading) and is recommended for general use. The result is an opaque, solid color with a slightly raised texture on Scrub Suit, and you can choose how raised you want it. However, silk screen has an ironing limitation: never iron directly on the printed design, as the color can stick to the iron — always place a cloth over it before ironing.
Embroidery is a technique well suited to Scrub Suit that have a not-too-large logo and want to show off the stitch work and thread seams. Embroidery on Scrub Suit gives a classic, more handcrafted feel than screen printing. The advantage of embroidered Scrub Suit is that it is more durable than silk screen, and it can be ironed directly over the embroidered design. For large designs, however, embroidery takes longer than screen printing and costs more.
DTF is currently a very popular technique thanks to its beauty, sharpness, and speed. It suits logos in many styles and can reproduce gradient shading. It can be printed on t-shirts, polo shirts, jackets, work shirts, sports shirts, scrub tops, tote bags, aprons, or caps, and the result is crisp and vividly colored, with no restriction on fabric type. DTF does, however, have some limitations: never expose the printed logo to direct heat, as it may damage the print.
